1. What OMNIServers is
OMNIServers (formerly CraftPanel) is a Minecraft server manager that runs on your own computer. It downloads and runs Minecraft server software on your hardware and needs no account. It is free, with every feature included, and is released under the GNU General Public License version 3.0. The licence text that comes with the source code is what governs your right to use, change and share the software.
2. Your Minecraft server
You are responsible for the servers you run, including:
- Following Mojang and Microsoft’s EULA and the terms of any server software you install.
- Following the licence of every mod, plugin or modpack you install.
- The people you invite and what they do on your server.
- Your network, port forwarding and any exposure of your server to the internet.
OMNIServers does not host, moderate or have access to your server or its contents.
3. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, as the GPL-3.0 describes. We are not liable for lost data, server downtime or other damage from using it, to the extent the law allows. Back up your worlds. The app’s backup tools make that easy, but using them is up to you.
4. Not affiliated with Mojang
OMNIServers is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
5. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
